Proactive Computing exists to offer professional IT services and equipment to charities, non-profit organisations, community projects and individuals*.
Today many specialised pieces of equipment abound to help solve peoples computing needs, and often this proves to be a minefield of incompatibility and hidden costs. The Proactive approach is to help non-profit organisations keep their hard found money by supplying professional IT services and equipment to such groups hopefully helping to reduce their computing costs so more of the money they raised can go out to the causes they truly wished to concentrate on. Consequently you will not find high powered salesmen, or people seeking to make money from such groups at Proactive Computing. All staff are trade qualified and registered and all are made clear of the mandate that Proactive Computing exists to help empower YOU the customer. Of course we would all like to save money but what about the standards? Well Proactive Computing apart from demanding qualified staff for the tasks also puts its money where its mouth is by using only high quality products. An example of which would be the Micro-Scope 2000 diagnostic package shown below in the photograph. You have a company name and reputation to protect and we respect that, as we also take pride in our name, services and quality. |

Currently Proactive Computing is a newly formed small non-profit company. As such our projects can be much smaller than some of our bigger rivals. However size is not everything - quality, service and professionalism to are worth their weight in Gold! Using only highly Skilled and professionally qualified volunteers gives us a very competitive edge and allows us to help you in the fashion few computer charities or non-profit companies can. Having worked within the IT industry professionally we understand the clients needs for service, quality and respect. |
