At the current time we are still looking into this area. There is in the meantime a large volume of evening courses, software and books available nationally...and many of these offer extremely good value for money and are quite comprehensive. |

Do you supply training or support? |

We can collect and deliver via small assignments—say a typical small van load for example. However depending upon the shipment we might need to make a small charge to cover transportation costs. |

Sometimes printers can be supplied. Normally it is cheaper to by new printers than to refurbish old ones. As such be prepared to receive bad news that we don't normally stock any. |

Do you supply printers? |

For computers we would normally say Pentium 1200+ in working / near working order. Monitors do need to be working and be at lest 15” and of SVGA standard or higher. Printers additionally need to be in working order although we understand about ink and toner cartridges. If possible the whole donation will be refurbished and placed within a new lease of life environment. If this cannot be done then core parts will be salvaged and the rest broken down into parts in keeping with the Electrical Waste (WEEE) directive. All donations are received strictly through mutual agreement. |

All our systems are designed bespoke. Therefore there is no typical specification. If modems are required they are fitted and the same with network cards. The software configurations also vary according to need. However we normally use Windows XP Home Edition as an operating system and insist nowadays on the processor being a Pentium 800+ as a minimum and the computer having at least 256mb RAM. |
